Directors and Staff Complement
Mrs Theresa Tendaupenyu and Mrs Agnes Phiri are the directors of Ulendo Travel. The staff complement consists of senior travel consultants and junior travel consultants, all from a previously disadvantaged backgrounds. The staff have all attended IATA courses and are accredited to the levels commensurate with their experience.
Technical Knowledge and Expertise
The combined experience of all our travel staff exceeds 30 years. The staff is highly qualified, trustworthy, dedicated and motivated and pays attention to every aspect of our client's travel requirements. All our senior travel consultants have completed various Fares & Ticketing courses that cover industry terminology and procedures to IATA standards.
Our consultants use Amadeus, a leading global travel distribution system created to do international computerised reservations. It provides leading edge global travel products and related services. It is used by travel agencies and airlines alike to confirm reservations for airline seats, international rail, hotel rooms, car hire and other related travel services.
